FIELD: computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to preliminary preparation of reference downloads from a database. All information-significant cells of the reference unloading from the database are converted into a predetermined format with indication of their positions in each unloading, wherein each unloading consists of a set of cells arranged in rows. Named conditions are set, which indicate the relationship between cells in one unloading line. Further, reference load cells are detected in the electronic file of the analysed document, and a matrix of the found cells is formed. Specified named conditions are applied to the matrix of found cells and a list of conditions is compiled, which corresponds to the matrix of found cells. After that, a conclusion is made on the presence of a part of the reference unloading in the analysed document. Reference unloading contains one or more additional columns which are not involved in the analysis of documents. Additional columns mark found rows with a certain identifier, which assigns parts of unloading from the reference database to predetermined groups of information and enables automatic blocking of transmission of these groups of information found in analysed documents in case specified conditions are not met.

EFFECT: automatic detection of violations of access to protected data and prevention of their unauthorized transfer.
