SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Computer-implemented method of preparing images stored in an information storage for browsing comprises steps of performing intelligent text analysis on each of images in the storage in order to extract one or more text fragments about said image, wherein each of these fragments is semantically relevant to the given image, and for each of the extracted text fragments about the image, one or more key concepts in the fragment are detected, wherein key concept is semantically significant concept, which relates to image, and associating said fragment and key concept with image; and link each of key concepts associated with image by hyperlink, with other images in storage, with which this key concept is associated, wherein key concept of other images is semantically significant concept related to image.
EFFECT: technical result is optimizing the efficiency and efficiency of the image search process and reducing the amount of time the user requires to find specific images.
