SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the search engines. Such result is achieved due to that for the first request receiving data identifying a set of resources, which are determined according to the first request; extracting from a set of resources a first set of keywords from content of resources; determining a set of potentially suitable filters from keywords; a set of request filters for a first request is determined from a set of potentially suitable filters, wherein the definition includes steps of: for each potentially suitable filter determining the selection of terms for this potentially suitable filter, for each potentially suitable filter, which satisfies the threshold value of identifying terms, selecting said potentially suitable filter as a request filter for inclusion in a set of query filters for the first request; providing a set of query filters for the first request; receiving a selection of a specific request filter from a set of query filters for the first request; and in response to said reception, a filtered set of content is provided for display on a user device, which identifies a set of results on content for that particular query filter, which differs from the unfiltered result set.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of creating a system, a long-term machine-readable carrier and a method of forming search results filters.
