SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse equipment. To achieve the technical result, a controlled delay circuit is proposed, comprising a cascade of series-connected delay stages of electrical signals with different delay time, the output of each of which is connected to the selector, comprises an additional delay unit, which includes an input signal converter, connected to the input signal source, a clock generator, a controller and a binary counter, the latter is connected to the input of the stage, a clock generator, a converter and a controller, which in turn is connected to the converter and selector, at that pulse period of clock generator to binary counter does not exceed total delay time provided by all stages of cascade.
EFFECT: design of an adjustable electric signal delay circuit, which enables to adjust time delay in a wide range of values with high time resolution and high accuracy of operation.
