FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in the fact that elementary element for possibility of particles transfer contains from source of working medium emission, which is part of elementary element, its excited states or electromagnetic fields (hereinafter referred to as working media) or the working medium movement area in the elementary element to the working medium absorption source, which is part of the elementary element, or from source of working medium absorption, which is part of elementary element, or working medium displacement area to part with working medium emission source, ensemble supported between end with source of working medium emission or end with working medium absorption source and an external wall, by means of which protection of bundles of working medium from the effect of the external environment is provided or inside or outside of which there are zero or more control sections, modification sections, reaction areas, wherein these structures are supported using existing structural elements, working media, which are in pseudo-one-dimensional movement due to the fact that conducting coatings of the surfaces of the source of working medium emission, or part with an absorption source, or areas of displacement of working medium contact with reaction areas, and due to fact that drives that control fine adjustment of adjustment plates, which are configured to mechanically control reactive compounds and reaction products existing in reaction areas near surfaces of emission source of working medium, or absorption source, or movement areas, interact through reaction areas or movement areas with working media from other elements, including other elementary elements and other parts, wherein the elementary element is characterized by that it has on the outer wall or in it supporting or connecting elements.
