FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing spent regeneration gas and can be used in gas processing industry. Method of preparing spent regeneration gas 4 involves drying exhaust gas 4, feeding it into a stream of dry stripped gas 15 from a low-temperature processing process with subsequent compression and supply of prepared gas 17 to the main gas line. Desulphurization of waste gas of regeneration 4 is carried out by cooling with subsequent separation of obtained gas-liquid mixture 10 with discharge of prepared spent regeneration gas 13 and liquid phase 14. Regeneration waste gas cooling 4 is performed with gaseous propane 7 supplied after cold recycling during low-temperature gas processing, or with liquid propane 8 supplied from propane cooling system and throttled up to gaseous state.
EFFECT: increased output of commercial products from gas processing production due to preparation and return of regeneration waste gas in full to finished product, as well as reduction of capital and operating costs.
