FIELD: natural gas processing.
SUBSTANCE: complex for processing main natural gas into marketable products can be used in the gas industry. The complex for processing main natural gas into marketable products includes: a pipeline branch for supplying main natural gas for processing 100; gas processing unit 200; a pipeline for supplying commercial natural gas to the main gas pipeline 300; block production of liquefied natural gas (hereinafter referred to as LNG) 400; after link 201, raw natural gas is divided into two streams: the first stream (stream I) in an amount that ensures the performance of the LNG production unit 400 sequentially passes link 202, link 203/1 and link 204/1 and is fully prepared for liquefaction is sent to link 401 with a preliminary increase in pressure in link 205/1, the second the stream (stream II) successively passes link 203/2 and link 204/2, from which dried natural gas is removed for subsequent supply after compression in link 205/2 in the form of commercial natural gas, prepared for supply to the main gas pipeline, into the pipeline for supplying commercial natural gas to the main gas pipeline 300 through link 206, at the same time, the ethane fraction from link 204/2 is sent to link 207 and then to the gas chemical production or combined with the ethane fraction from link 204/1 to obtain a mixed commercial ethane fraction supplied through link 209 to the gas chemical production, NGLs streams coming from links 204/1 and 204/2 are combined in link 208 for purification from mercaptans and methanol and separation into a propane fraction, partially sent through link 209 to gas chemical production, butane fraction and GVP.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure a balanced load of the gas processing unit, the performance of the LNG production unit with the production of commercial LNG of regulated quality, as well as the production of a wide range of high quality products while simultaneously liquefying the technogenic load on the environment.
