FIELD: baggage administration system.
SUBSTANCE: luggage administration system comprises a locking/unlocking device mounted on a vehicle and configured to lock and unlock the vehicle in response to a request from a user terminal which delivers luggage; an image forming device configured to capture an image of an interior of a predetermined region located in a vehicle, wherein the predetermined region is used as a luggage delivery point; control device configured to: instruct the image forming apparatus to capture an image of the inner portion of a predetermined region, when locking/unlocking device blocks or unlocks vehicle in response to said request, and storing said image; and a determination unit configured to determine, based on the comparison result between the reference image representing the interior of the predetermined region, and a comparison image representing an interior of a predetermined area when the vehicle is locked, whether the luggage is carried away from the predetermined area.
EFFECT: improved safety of luggage storage in a vehicle.
