SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Charging device includes an output terminal unit connected to the battery pack input terminal unit. Output terminal unit includes terminal housing, which includes output terminal connected to input terminal unit, and a terminal cover which covers the output terminal before the battery pack input terminal unit is connected to the output terminal unit, and through which the output terminal passes, when the battery pack input terminal unit is connected to the output terminal unit.
EFFECT: safety when using a charging device, in which a battery is charged with high voltage.
