FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device has a predetermined polarity fixing unit arranged between the input and output terminals for providing the mandatory electrical connection of the first and the second input terminals respectively to the neutral and phase lines regardless of the order connecting the input terminal to the phase and neutral contacts of the AC power source. Herewith, the first and the second contacts of the terminal contact are connected with its first and second output contacts for the payload connection. The protective conductor from current leakage is connected through the first terminal contact with zero network and is not connected to the second terminal contact, but is set next to, above or around the terminal panel. In case of flooding the terminal panel, electric current passes through water from the second terminal contact to the leakage protection conductor, without getting into other flooding areas in the amount that can have an impact.

EFFECT: increasing the device protection from current leakage at flooding.
