FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed system relates to instrumentation and can be used in locking threaded joints (bolts, pins), as well as for remote measurement of forces and temperature in various threaded joints of building elements and structures, on the state of which depends significantly on the probability of emergency on building structures, having important strategic significance. Disclosed system comprises a threaded connection, a reader and a control station. Threaded connection contains nut 1, threaded rod 2, locking element 3, flat washer 4, washer with wool 5, connected part 6, hole 7, side walls 8, force-measuring washer 9. Power measuring washer 9 comprises transceiving antennae 10 and 11, connectors 12 and 13, through holes 14 and 15, high-frequency cables 16 and 17, key groove 18, insulating protective material 19, resonators 20 and 21 on SAW, connection layer 22 and soft elastic adhesive 23. Each surfactant resonator 20 (21) contains piezocrystal 24 (25), electrodes 26 (27), buses 28 (29) and 30 (31), set of reflectors 32 (33). Second resonator 21 comprises membrane 34. Reader comprises master oscillator 35, first 36, second 41 and third 65 power amplifiers, duplexer 37, transceiving antenna 38, first 39, second 46, third 47, fourth 54, and fifth 55 multipliers, first 40, second 48, third 49 and fourth 57 narrow-band filters, first 42 and second 43 high frequency amplifiers, first 44 and second 45 phase detectors, first 50 and second 51 phase meters, registration unit 52, digital phase modulation signal demodulator 53, memory unit 58, comparator unit 59, first 60 and second 62 analogue-to-digital converters, delay line 61, adder 63 and phase manipulator 64. Control point comprises computer 66, master oscillator 67, phase manipulator 68, power amplifier 69, duplexer 70, transceiving antenna 71, high frequency amplifier 72, digital phase modulation signal demodulator 73, first 74 and second 75 multipliers, low-pass filter 76 and narrow-band filter 77.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device by remote measurement of forces and temperature in various threaded joints of building elements and structures using a duplex radio control station and complex signals with phase manipulation.
