SUBSTANCE: apparatus has an observation station consisting of a radio station connected to a computer, and the monitored objects, each consisting of a radio station connected to a reader and a force-measuring device. Each radio station has a high frequency generator, a phase-shift modulator, a first heterodyne, a first mixer, a first intermediate frequency amplifier, a first power amplifier, a first duplexer, a transceiving antenna, a second power amplifier, a second heterodyne, a second mixer, a second intermediate frequency amplifier, a multiplier, a band-pass filter and a phase detector. The radio station of the monitored object also has a modulation code generator, a memory unit and a comparator unit. The reader has a driving generator, first and second power amplifiers, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, first, second and third multipliers, first, second and third narrow-band filters, first and second high frequency amplifiers, first and second phase detectors, first and second phase meters, a recording unit and an analogue-to-number converter. The apparatus for fixing a threaded rod has a nut, a threaded rod, a locking member made from elastic material, a flat washer, a washer with a collar, the connected component, a hole in the washer with a collar, sidewalls and a force-measuring washer. The force-measuring washer has transceiving antennae, connectors, through-holes for high-frequency cables, a splined groove, surface acoustic wave resonators, an insulating protective material, a connecting layer and a soft elastic adhesive. Each of the surface acoustic wave resonators has a piezoelectric crystal, electrodes, buses and a set of reflectors.
