FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation equipment and may be used to stop threaded joints (bolts, pins), and also to measure forces and temperature in various threaded joints of building elements and structures. Force-measuring device comprises nut screwed onto rod thread, pad washer arranged under nut, and also stop element of elastic material and washer with collar arranged on rod at the side of joined part and facing nut with the collar, at the same time stop element is made in the form of washer and is located between washers with coverage of threaded rod, pad washer is arranged as flat with diameter, which is less than diameter of stop element, and external diameter of pad washer is more than maximum end size of nut. Besides, device is equipped with flat force-measuring washer with diameter equal to diameter of pad washer, with two resonators on surface acoustic waves and reader, besides, force-measuring washer is made of stainless steel and is located between pad washer and stop element of elastic material, in key bore of force-measuring washer there are two resonators installed on surface acoustic waves, the first of which is sensitive to compression of force-measuring washer by means of rigid connecting later, and the second one is sensitive to ambient temperature by means of soft elastic glue.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of device by measurement of forces and temperature in various threaded joints of building elements and structures, condition of which significantly affects probability of emergency situations in building structures of high strategic importance.
