SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of small deposits of oil of formation or massive type, dead-end zones and lenses. Method for development of small deposits and separate lenses of oil deposit, according to which deposit is developed by water flooding in mode of reducing formation pressure with incomplete compensation of liquid withdrawal by pumping of water in range from 80 to 110 % in different months, acid injection is performed on injection well, increasing the injectivity of the well, increasing compensation of fluid extraction by pumping up to 300 % and exploiting the well, with increasing formation pressure higher than hydrostatic pressure and transition of production well into flowing mode, operation of sucker-rod pump is continued, after two months of flowing, pumping into the injection well is stopped, the production well is operated until the formation pressure is reduced to 0.6 of the initial and bottomhole pressure to the saturation pressure level, pumping of working agent is resumed through injection well with increasing duration of injection well operation period for 2 months, control sampling of products is performed and when water production of production well increases by more than 10 percentage points, pumping is stopped and the next period of injection well injection is reduced.

EFFECT: technical result is higher oil recovery of deposit.
