FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation of liquids and gases and can be used for shutting off gas supply in a separate section of the operating gas line. Proposed device comprises T-joint with thrust flange, shut-off device and lift chamber with blowdown valve. Mechanism of the expansion plug delivery consists of shaft handles, shaft, support bearing, combined rotation mechanism, supply pipe handles, supply pipe, guide supply pipe, eccentric flanges, shaft rotation mechanism. Sealing expansion plug inside pipeline occurs as a result of screwing rack of posts with stops in hole of rod of fixed disk, wherein the post thrusts against the movable tapered stop, which presses the surface of the sealing ring to the inner surface of the pipe.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simple design of the delivery mechanism, avoiding the need to cut off gas supply for its installation, performing shutdown of gas supply with an expanding plug, providing reliability and safety during operation.
