FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pipeline transport of liquids and gases. Device for the branch connecting to the operating pipeline without reducing the transported medium pressure contains a tee (1) with a flange (4) on which the device (13) body flange is mounted. Therewith a transition flange (11) corresponding to the tee (1) flange (4) diameter is connected. For the pipeline wall cutting a milling cutter (12) is provided. Device (13) body flange with the adapter flange (11) is connected to the tee (1) flange (4) through the sealing gasket (17). Milling cutter (12) feed is carried out by rotating of the feed assembly (10) feeding handles (9). Milling cutter (12) rotation is performed by rotation of the shaft (7), on which it is fixed. Pipeline drilling process takes place with simultaneous rotation of the shaft (7) and the feed assembly (10).
EFFECT: increase in reliability and safety at performance of works without decrease in the transported medium pressure.
