FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology, and can be used as a skin implant in excising the IPP (plastic hardening of the penis) of a plaque caused by Peyronie's disease. That is ensured by a bioabsorbent graft formed of a woven material with porosity equal to or less than 50 %, produced on a weaving loom made from a fibre consisting of absorbable polymer of PGC (polyglycollate acid) with thickness less than 600 mcm. Said flap has flat planar geometry, obtained without reinforcement and/or supporting structure and is adapted for implantation directly, without application of tissue cells on its surface.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the risk of infection, loosening the formation of a fibrous capsule around the implant and improving the healing of the growing tissues by stimulating growth of only autogenous cells.
