SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method, device and apparatus for controlling a wiper and a vehicle. Wiper control method comprises the following steps: obtaining information on the environment in which the vehicle is located, wherein information on the environment in which the vehicle is located includes information on ambient temperature; determining whether the vehicle is in working or inoperative state; determining, based on information on ambient temperature, whether ambient temperature is lower or equal to a predetermined temperature value; and if vehicle is in inoperative state, and ambient temperature is below or equal to preset temperature value, vehicle wiper is controlled to lift it in direction from vehicle windshield.

EFFECT: improved operation of wiper.
