FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical acoustics and can be used for testing structures on acoustic fatigue strength. Electropneumatic sound generator comprises housing, prechamber, permanent magnets, excitation windings, elastic elements, fixed and movable perforated shells, horn. Electric circuit comprises an amplifier, an amplifier coefficient adjustment unit, a voltage-to-current converter, a current summator, an alternating current source, a current distributor and a displacement sensor. Output of the displacement sensor is connected to the input of the amplifier, the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the voltage-to-current converter, the output of which is connected to the adder of currents. Output of current adder is connected to excitation winding. Input of the amplifier is connected to the gain adjustment unit. Alternating current source is connected to current distributor. One current distributor output is connected to the first excitation coil, and the second output is connected to current adder.
EFFECT: wider operating frequency range.
