FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to poultry farming. In the method, double aerosol transovarian processing of eggs is carried out using biologically active substances. As such biologically active substances a vitamin preparation is used, which contains: retinol palmitate (vitamin A) – 50 million ME; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – 5 million ME; tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) – 5 g; ascorbic acid (vitamin C) – 100 g; excipients – 0.1–200 g; water – up to 1 l. Within 6–12 hours before the incubation the first treatment is carried out with an aqueous solution of the vitamin preparation at a concentration of 0.2 %. And the second treatment is carried out with an aqueous solution of the vitamin preparation at a concentration of 2 % when transferring eggs to hatching.
EFFECT: stimulation of embryogenesis of broiler chickens, increasing the intensity of growth and development of embryos.
