FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming, namely to incubation of poultry eggs, and can be used for development of methods of eggs enrichment with vitamins during their long-term storage. Method of increasing hatchability of chicken eggs after long-term storage includes treatment of eggs with formaldehyde vapor. In an incubated egg with a developing embryo on 17th day of incubation, injection into the extraembryonic fluid is made with 0.5 ml of a vitamin solution in a water-soluble form containing riboflavin 125 IU, cholecalciferol 125 IU, tocopherol 125 mcg, ascorbic acid 250 mcg, by piercing the disinfected shell and sub-shell membrane from the blunt end of the egg, once. Then eggs with embryos are placed into hatcher till the end of incubation.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase hatchability of eggs.
