FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a flap shuttle device comprising: a body, having fasteners, locking elements, which include a shut-off element and a mating element, made such that during passage of said shut-off element into the open position, the shut-off element freely moves relative to said mating element when opening said flap, and in the closed position, the counter element prevents movement of the shut-off element relative to said mating member when opening said flap, a bushing mounted on said body with possibility of rotation and kinematically connected to said shut-off element with possibility of converting rotation movement so as to transfer said shut-off element from open position to closed position and vice versa, cover is installed on said bushing and made with possibility of preventing access to surface of said bushing. Said cover is installed on said bush with possibility of rotation so that in absence of pressing and/or squeezing said lid can freely rotate in direction open relative to said bushing, which remains fixed, wherein said bushing and cover are provided with engagement elements configured to lock said rotation when pressed and/or squeezed, so that said cover and sleeve can rotate simultaneously with each other in direction open.
EFFECT: invention relates to devices which complicate or prevent unauthorized opening of shutters equipped with lock elements (windows, doors, cabinets, safes or first-aid kits), for example, children or domestic animals.
