SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a pad for protecting a locking member having a housing and an access control member comprising a cover, a bushing located within said cover, a housing having a cavity for said lock member housing and fasteners, said fasteners are made with possibility of fixed attachment relative to said locking element, said cavity has a first hole on one of its ends, such that said housing can be put on said lock element, and second hole on other of its ends, such that the locking element access control element is located opposite to it, when the said housing is put on the said locking element, characterized in that in it the said second hole and the said bushing are threaded and together form a screw pair, said cover is installed on said bushing, closing it, with possibility of rotation relative to said bushing, at least during unscrewing, wherein said bush and cover are provided with engagement elements configured to lock turning at least in unscrewing under action of force applied along axis.

EFFECT: invention relates to devices which complicate or prevent unauthorized opening of shutters equipped with locking elements (windows, doors, cabinets, safes or first-aid kits), for example, children or domestic animals, or protecting the lock element from adverse environmental factors and vandalism.
