FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pivot handle for a casement for windows or doors, intended for installation on a casement and actuation of a casement mechanism. Rotary handle comprises a thrust body, a handle, a longitudinally elongated pin, a hinge element. Thrust body is configured to interact with the access control element and the second end of the longitudinally elongated pin, has a first part for rigid attachment to the casement, and a second part configured to interact with the side and/or inner surface of the access control element, in such a way that in the proximal position with the tight fit of the access control element relative to the thrust body, corresponding to the "locked" position, surface of the second part of the thrust housing mechanically prevents rotation of the access control element relative to the axis and/or prevents its lateral displacement relative to the axis. Thrust body is provided with a hole made with possibility of free movement and rotation of the second end of the pin. Handle is installed on the thrust body or in it, without the possibility of movement in the axial direction, but with the possibility of rotation relative to the axis, has the first part for gripping by hand and the second part. Longitudinally elongated pin is intended for mechanical coupling of handle with said casement mechanism, has the first end connected to the second part of the handle without possibility of turning in it, and the second end passing through the thrust housing and protruding beyond it. Longitudinally elongated pin is made with possibility of rotation in said thrust housing relative to axis and with possibility of torque transfer from handle to said casement mechanism for its actuation. Hinge element is made with possibility of pin rotation relative to its axis. Rotary handle also includes: a coupling element; element or zone of disengagement; access control element in the form of an overlay. Access control element is made in such a way that in the proximal position relative to the thrust body corresponding to the "locked" position, its locking hole closes with the engagement element, mechanically preventing the handle and pin from turning along the axis relative to the thrust housing, and in the distal position of the access control element relative to the thrust body corresponding to the "unlocked" position, said mechanical engagement is interrupted.
EFFECT: providing high safety in combination with simplicity of manufacturing and reliability of design.
