FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology and equipment for making articles from polymer composite materials. Proposed method comprises installation of forming mandrel on machine tool with subsequent winding of specified number of layers of polymer composite material at matched rotation speed of mandrel and axial movement of material wound on it. In the process of winding, a clamping force is applied to the wound material in the zone of its contact with the shaping mandrel and directed to the shaping mandrel. Pressing force is carried out by pressure of air jet directed to material in place of its contact with mandrel. During winding of material on mandrel material is heated in zone of contact spot with shaping mandrel, which is performed by heating of air jet. After the article is formed, its composite layers are cured, which is carried out at a specified curing temperature, which is maintained by exposing the heated air stream material to the material, while rotating the article and reciprocating motion of the carriage with the nozzle. Machine for making multilayer articles from polymer composite materials comprises nodes mounted on base to implement method according to invention. Machine is also equipped with a compressor, a heater and at least one air nozzle fixed on the carriage with the possibility of vertical tuning movement and connected to the compressor outlet by the air duct. Heater is built in this air duct. Guide roller is installed on the carriage.

EFFECT: group can be used for making a wide range of multilayer articles of complex shape.
