FIELD: drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods for drying substances, in particular, to drying evaporation of sludge. Device 100 for substance 190 drying contains at least one drum 121 rotating around central axis, first band 112 having first side 112' and second side 112'', wherein first side 112' first band 112 is made with possibility to place substance 190, and plurality of induction heating elements 123 arranged to induce heat in first tape 112 to heat substance 190, wherein during operation first band 112 by first side 112' presses substance 190 to section of outer peripheral surface of drum 121 and substance 190 is heated to remove liquids from substance 190.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of moisture content in treated sludge, higher quality of final products, reduced area occupied by devices.
