SUBSTANCE: device contains a section for manufacture of paper pulp for crushing and grinding of used paper and turning it into pulp, a section for paper-making of waste using paper-pulp from the pulp-manufacturing section, and a control section for actuation and control through the relationship of the section of manufacturing pulp and a paper manufacturing section, which are placed in the device body of furniture size. The section of manufacturing pulp includes crushing unit for mixing and grinding used paper, and a grinding block for fracturing grinded paper from the grinding block. Pulp of used paper is circulating in the grinding block and the crushing unit.
EFFECT: invention ensures environmental friendliness and low cost in operation, a high level of confidentiality.
