FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two tools connected with the lever that rocks on the shaft by means of flexible members made of two flat springs. The inner surfaces that face each other are provided with projections that cooperate with the double-sided wedge-shaped member mounted for permitting longitudinal movement. The tools are secured to the ends of the flat springs, the other ends of the flat springs are secured to the lever. The additional tool is made of the roller with two face curved diamond-containing surfaces. The additional tool is mounted on the additional shaft whose axis of rotation is parallel to the axis of rocking of the lever.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
