FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two dressing tools which are axially aligned and secured to the ends of the flexible members. The other ends of the members are secured to the lever. The flexible members are made of flat springs provided with projections mounted on the inner surfaces that face each other. The double-sided wedge-shaped member is mounted for permitting controllable movement between the flat springs and cooperates with the projections.
