FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contactless rotational bearings and can be used mainly for shafts and rotors of high-speed machines, such as turbo-compressors, high-speed electric motors, generators, inertial energy storage devices, vacuum cleaners. Hybrid magnetic rotational bearing contains movable and stationary parts with flat annular magnetic interaction areas separated by a magnetic gap. Movable part of the bearing is made in the form of disk (1) with annular projections (11), and the fixed part includes an electromagnet with coil (2) and a magnetic core. Magnetic core contains an outer portion in the form of tube (3) and a middle portion in the shape of disk (4), to which permanent magnet (5) in the shape of a tube is attached to its annular flat pole. Permanent magnet (5) is located coaxially with the outer cylindrical section (3) of the magnetic circuit and has an axial direction of magnetization. Coil (2) of the electromagnet is made in the form of a body of revolution and is placed entirely in the inner cylindrical cavity located between cylindrical part (3) of the magnetic core and permanent magnet (5), coaxially with it.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced size, increased bearing capacity and rigidity.
