FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: bridge circuit for measuring parameters of two-terminal devices has series-connected feed pulse generator, a four-arm bridge circuit and a null indicator. The four-arm bridge circuit consists of two parallel-connected branches, the first of which has two series-connected resistor, and the second branch has series-connected single resistor, a two-element circuit consisting of a capacitor and a resistor and two terminals for connecting two-terminal circuits of the measuring object. The free lead of the resistor of the two-element circuit is earthed. The common lead of the two resistors of the first branch of the bridge form the first output lead of the bridge circuit. The common lead of the single resistor and the first terminal for connecting the measuring object form the second output lead of the bridge circuit. Both outputs of the four-arm bridge circuit are connected to the differential input of the null indicator whose clock input is connected to the output of the generator and the common bus is earthed. The second terminal for connecting the measuring object is also earthed.
EFFECT: reduced measurement error owing to elimination of the effect of spurious capacitance.
