FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for installation of disk working member at hardening on lathe. On one end of the second mandrel there is a hexagonal head for a wrench with a centring hole made with possibility of interaction with the ram of lathe. On the other end face, which is arranged with the possibility of resting against the clamping surface of the hub of the treated disk working element, the cylindrical mounting part is arranged in the said hub. On the end of this part there is a threaded part, which is made with possibility of screwing a threaded hole made axial on it, the first mandrel. End surface of the first mandrel on the side of the above threaded hole is made with possibility of pressing to the said hub from the side opposite to location of the second mandrel. On other end of the first mandrel there is a hexagonal head for the key for installation of disk working elements at hardening on the lathe.

EFFECT: mandrel with threaded hole can be fixed on its outer cylindrical surface in machine spindle.
