SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopedics, namely to methods of treating static deformations of the locomotor apparatus and can be used in surgical management of rigid flat-valgus deformities of feet and degenerative changes of heel-cuboid joint of various aetiology. Perform arthrodesis calcaneocuboid and talus and navicular bone joints with resection of their articular surfaces. After resection of articular surfaces of talus and navicular bone joints and calcaneocuboid joints, they are fixed with K-wires in a foot correction position. A wedge-shaped implant of porous titanium nickelide is driven into a region of diastasis between calcaneal and cuboid bones to support cortical layers of calcaneal and cuboid bones throughout the diastasis region. Further, a heel bone is passed through the heel bone into the cuboid bone body to provide a compression in the area of the implant location.

EFFECT: method enables reducing traumatism, eliminating the risk of shortening the lateral foot, stable position of the porous implant between the heel and cuboid bone, possibility of performing an early load on the operated extremity due to peculiar features of arthrodesis of calcaneocuboid joint.
