FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to bicycle carriages. Bicycle carriage assembly comprises a bushing, a shaft and a drive gear. Sleeve is fixed on bicycle frame. Two outer cups with industrial bearings fitted therein are secured at the ends of the bush by means of threaded joints. Shaft connects two cranks with pedals secured at their free ends. Driving gear is fixed on the right crank. Carriage shaft consists of two half-shafts interconnected by spline joint and coupling bolt. Semi-shafts are made integral with left and right crankshafts and are pressed into inner rings of bearings. Annular grooves are made in crankshaft press-fitting places in bell cranks.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the bicycle carriage assembly.
