SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and concerns rapid reduction of motor fluctuations in Parkinson's disease. That is ensured by administering levodopa into the pulmonary system in the form of fine particles by inhalation in the patients with Parkinson's disease having 3 to 4 OFF time episodes per day.
EFFECT: such method of introduction provides fast reduction of motor fluctuations and reduction of average daily OFF time in given specific group of patients due to earlier systemic action of levodopa in comparison with oral introduction.
