Diagnostic device comprises a unit for analysing received and transmitted information in form of code sequences of zeros and ones, a light-emitting diode panel which displays duration of transmitted and received code sequences.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of reliability of UPS-TF during transmission of code sequences.
