FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of electrical values, namely to electrical measuring equipment, and can be used for measuring insulation resistance of cables, capacitors and other objects. Insulation resistance measuring device comprises reference voltage source connected to one terminal of measured insulation resistance, the second output of which is connected to inverting input of the first operational amplifier. One lead of the first capacitor is connected to the inverting input of the first operational amplifier. Second output of the first capacitor is connected to the output of the operational amplifier and the input of the first low-pass filter. One lead of the first reference resistor is connected to the inverting input of the first operational amplifier. Second lead of the first reference resistor is connected to the output of the first low-pass filter. Antenna is connected to inverting input of second operational amplifier. One output of the second capacitor is connected to the inverting input of the second operational amplifier, and the second output of the second capacitor is connected to the output of the second operational amplifier and the input of the second low-pass filter. One lead of the second reference resistor is connected to the inverting input of the second operational amplifier, and the second lead of the second reference resistor is connected to the output of the second low-pass filter. Outputs of the first and second low-pass filters are connected to inputs of the analogue-to-digital converter, the output of which is connected to the microcontroller to which the indicator is connected. Source of reference voltage, first and second operational amplifiers, first and second low-pass filters are connected to common wire.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring insulation resistance due to suppression of low-frequency interference.
