SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a group of inventions involving a method of determining TNFR2:Fc with a disulphide bond Cys78-Cys88 in sample containing TNFR2:Fc with disulphide bonds Cys74-Cys88/Cys78-Cys96 and TNFR2:Fc with disulphide bond Cys78-Cys88, method of purifying TNFR2: Fc with disulphide bonds Cys74-Cys88/ Cys78-Cys96, method of producing and purifying TNFR2:Fc with disulphide Cys bonds74-Cys88/Cys78-Cys96 and TNFR2:Fc with disulphide bond Cys78-Cys88 and a composition of TNFR2:Fc for treating a disease selected from ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. In one embodiment, the method of producing and purifying TNFR2:Fc involves a step for preparing a composition containing TNFR2:Fc with disulphide Cys74-Cys88/Cys78-Cys96 and TNFR2:Fc with disulphide bond Cys78-Cys88.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of methods for determining and purifying TNFR2:Fc in a sample.
