FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to execution of concealed arithmetic operations in a commutative ring. Electronic computing device for performing concealed arithmetic operations in a commutative ring comprises a storage device configured to store an increment table given for an increment element of the ring, increment table displays input ring element to output integer list, coding output element of ring, so that output element of ring is equal to increment element of ring, added by means of addition in ring to input element of ring, output element of ring is equal to linear combination of degrees of main element of ring, and degrees have exponents defined by output integer list, difference between the first exponent and the second exponent is contained in the list of allowed differences.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of concealed arithmetic operations.
