FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction industry and concerns gypsum products with reinforced fiberglass mat for use as wall panel, ceiling plate or facing tiles. Gypsum product contains a gypsum core located between two glass fiber mats: a first glass fiber mat saturated with salt crystals, and a second glass fiber mat saturated with salt crystals, wherein the gypsum product is obtained by immersing the glass fiber mat in a solution obtained by mixing sodium bisulphate solution with a calcium chloride solution; initiating crystallisation of gypsum crystals from solution onto glass fiber mat and thereby producing a glass fiber mat saturated with gypsum crystals; obtaining a gypsum suspension and molding a gypsum product by coating at least one side of the gypsum suspension with a glass fiber mat saturated with gypsum crystals.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of gypsum products with improved resistance to withdrawal of nails.
