FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping into the well of an insulating compound obtained by dispersing a hydrophobic clay material in fuel oil in the following ratio, wt%: hydrophobic clay material – 1.0–3.0, fuel oil – balance up to 100. Then the insulating compound is squeezed into the formation by forcing fluid, after which the well is exposed in a state of rest for at least 12 hours. Then the well is put into operation and brought to normal mode. Note here that pumping of insulating compound and bushing fluid is performed at pressure not higher than formation rupture pressure.
EFFECT: technical result consists in achievement of selective control of permeability of inhomogeneous formation for gas with invariability or increase of permeability for oil.
