SUBSTANCE: control device of ferrite phase changers of modular phased antenna array relates to systems of distributed control of position and shape of directivity pattern of flat, built-to-modular phased arrays of through or reflecting type based on ferrite phase changers. Control device for ferrite phase changers modular phased array with a parallel interface for connecting a data bus, connecting all sub-mesh modules on one side and a channel multiplexing device, coupled with the beam control unit, on the other side, comprises magnetisation and demagnetisation switches phase changers, control device with Flash memory chip installed for storage of phase-by-moment characteristics phase changers, semi-customized IC chip of a basic matrix crystal (MCB), inside which an adder is realized, which calculates phase component codes for a group phase changers, a Flash memory control driver, a bidirectional bus shaper, units of pulse duration generators, the number of which corresponds to the maximum number of magnetisation windings of the line. Data bus control is carried out in a row-column method and covers groups of column magnetization switches, the number of which corresponds to the number of blocks of pulse duration generators in the microchip of the MCB, and two-row magnetization switches. Magnification of all rows occurs in two cycles on even and odd lines. Control inputs of demagnetization switches phase changers are combined and are input of zeroing pulse, duration of which is fixed and determined by maximum demagnetization time of all phase changers PA.
EFFECT: disclosed invention solves the problem of reducing the number of computing devices, winding switching devices phase changers, high accuracy of setting phase distribution of aperture PA, implementing a modular principle of constructing PA while maintaining sufficiently high speed of operation and low power consumption.
