FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Engine consists of a rotor in the form of a ferromagnetic disc with arc-like permanent magnets varying in height along arcs from maximum to minimum, and an electromagnet with a ferromagnetic core and a magnetizing permanent magnet. Rotor is installed on bearing assembly, flat arched permanent magnets are installed on its upper base so that they face each other with one end with minimum, others with maximum height, and on top above rotor fixed in vertical position fixed electromagnet with ferromagnetic core, on top of which there is a magnetizing permanent magnet, connected to constant voltage source by means of electronic pulse amplifier with signal amplifier of magnetic sensor, controlled by two permanent magnets, mounted on diametrically opposite sides of lower base of rotor disc.
EFFECT: providing operation at substantially low frequency of magnetic field pulsations and relatively low voltage and current.
