FIELD: ecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and environmental protection and can be used for deep cleaning of concentrated wastes of food industry enterprises, liquid wastes of agricultural enterprises, wastes of chemical, wood-chemical, pulp-and-paper industries, sewage sludge, as well as in recycling of organic component of solid household wastes receiving from them the pumped water pulp. Method for purification of concentrated organic waste water, which includes supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) of organic contaminants. Prior to SCWO contamination, supercritical water gasification (SCWG) of waste water is performed, waste water is cooled down to subcritical temperature, separated from waste water and gas phase is removed from them, waste water is again heated to supercritical temperatures, an oxidant is added to the treated waste water, SCWO residue is carried out, the temperature is reduced to subcritical, separating formed in SCWO gases from treated waste water, after cooling purified water, reducing operating pressure, membrane post-treatment of treated purified water from inorganic impurities is performed. Device for purification of concentrated organic waste water includes high pressure pump (1) for supply of waste water under supercritical pressure to SCWO (11) reactor, primary heat exchanger (2) for heating incoming waste water and cooling effluent water, heater (15) for waste water pre-heating in reactor (11) to supercritical temperatures, dispenser for supply of oxidiser to SCWO reactor (10), pressure regulator to maintain supercritical pressure in hydraulic system of plant (13). In the flow of treated waste water, in addition to SCWO (11) reactor, a secondary counter-current heat exchanger (3) is installed, SCWG reactor (4), counter-current heat exchanger (5) made with possibility to feed waste water flow into gas separator (6), and also heat recovery heat-exchanger (7).

EFFECT: invention enables to completely eliminate odours, reduce COD and concentration of ammonium ions to values permissible for discharging treated water into ponds of fishery purposes, with low power consumption.
