FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an unsaturated rubber-based adhesive, used for bonding to metal during vulcanisation, and can be used in rubber industry during production of rubber-metal products, in particular shock absorbers, rubber-cord casings, packers and other products in various industries. Adhesive for attachment of rubber to metal during vulcanisation includes an antioxidant, filler, ground sulfur, an organic solvent, contains quinol ester as a modifier, high content of sulfur-containing vulcanisation accelerator and a combination of nonpolar rubbers, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt.: unsaturated rubber 50.0–0.0; natural rubber 0.0–10.0; quinol ester 20.0–50.0; sulfur-containing vulcanization accelerator 20.0–50.0; technical carbon 20.0–50.0; ground sulfur 0.5–2.0; antioxidant 1.0–2.0; organic solvent 345.0–400.0.
EFFECT: invention increases strength of fastening of rubber based on nonpolar rubbers to metals.
