FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a pharmaceutical composition for treating tumour diseases in andrology, gynaecology and proctology. Pharmaceutical composition for treating antitumour diseases in gynaecology, proctology and andrology, presented in the form of rectal suppositories, containing a water-soluble extract of one of the fungi specified in: Fomitiporia robusta, maitake, shiitake, chaga, Antrodia, Agaricus subrufescens, lingzhi mushroom, Phallus, Trametes, Hericium erinaceus, poria, Enoki, as well as betulin, dehydroquercetin, water-soluble chitosan, fir essential oil, food emulsifier Riken DMG type P(B), Arctium lappa extract, dandelion extract, water extract of saussurea herb, water extract of Elytrigia root, water-soluble extract of propolis, agar-agar, oil of black caraway, base of candles – cocoa butter or cocoa butter analogue, taken in certain proportions.
EFFECT: use of the composition described above enables to increase the therapeutic effect of the medicinal agent in rectal administration thereof with an antitumour effect in diseases and pathological conditions in gynaecology, urology, andrology and proctology.
