SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry mixtures for preparation of alcohol-free beverages with increased biological value, mainly for sportsmen and persons with high physical loads. Mixture contains 16.5-18.5 wt% of cheese whey, 4.8-6.0 wt% of milk protein, powders of mushrooms maitake and reishi each at 5.5-6.8 wt%, 2.5-3.1 wt% spirulina powder, 21.5-23.0 wt% of cacao powder, 20 wt% of fructose and 20 wt% of glucose.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a dry mixture of a beverage ensuring recovery and growing muscle, as well as recovery after training, and helps compensate for supply of water and various ions (potassium and magnesium).
