FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power engineering and can be used in organization of power supply to consumers with electric power by alternating current from solar panels, as well as during construction of industrial solar power plants. In the method of alternating current generation by solar batteries, a solar cell unit is used, which contains at least two solar batteries which are connected in opposition to each other and connected by back sides to each other, fixed on a longitudinal axis having a brush-and-commutator apparatus, to the rings of which the solar cells outputs are connected, receiving the rotation from the drive motor, rotating the axis, at that, the brush-and-commutator rings are output of the solar battery generating power generating buses generating alternating current.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of direct method of alternating current generation by solar batteries without using expensive inverters and creation of complex circuits of current converters.
