SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of connecting private computing resources to external services. Description of one or more requirements to computing resources for execution of one or more applications associated with a plurality of dynamically varying workloads is obtained, wherein said one or more applications are provided by a public service. Identifying private clouds, which are external for and separate from said public service, by comparing said one or more requirements to computing resources with temporarily available computational resources of private clouds. Corresponding time spent by private clouds is determined to obtain software for executing said one or more applications. Selecting a particular private cloud to host said one or more applications based on at least the corresponding time, spent by said private clouds to obtain software for executing said one or more applications. One or several applications are initiated to host on said specific private cloud.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing reliable operation with dynamic changes in availability of private cloud.
