FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and production of floating concrete or reinforced concrete pontoons, breakwaters, platforms and hulls of floating facilities. Disclosed is a method of making water displacement concrete articles, characterized in that formwork is mounted on variable buoyancy floating structure, then lower concrete plate is poured with concrete, then blocks of water-resistant polymer material and braces from water-resistant polymer material between blocks are installed on it, then concrete is poured into breaks between blocks, after solidification of concrete dismantled formwork elements are removed, floating structure is immersed into water and removed from under the displacement concrete product.
EFFECT: possibility of making water displacement concrete articles with considerably larger dimensions, more durable and efficient floating bodies; possibility of making a water displacement concrete product at unlimited distance from specialized production sites, directly in water area, in which further operation of this product is planned; process simplicity and high level of unification of the process of manufacturing serial (standard) water displacement concrete articles outside the factory conditions.
